NEW PROPERTY UPDATED 9/7/2009!
Top 3 Investing Tips Tip #1 : Find a realtor that is also an investor. They can make quick decisions without always having to ask first. Tip #2 : Build your Credit Score. This is the most important thing in the down market. A good credit score won't get an approval anymore; it must be "A" Credit. Tip#3 : BUY a flip video camera and market the inside of your houses with video. This is the best way to open your doors to the world.
How This Works You can click on our current houses link to see all of the available properties. Most of them have a video available to view the inside and outside of the home. After viewing them online and reading the descriptions of the properties, the next step is to view the home in person. For that, you will need to sign up as an exclusive buyer, so that we can provide you with the lock box code to the property. This way you can do inspections of the home on your own time! If you would not like to sign up as an exclusive buyer, you can e mail us, and we can send a representative to open up the home for you! After that, submit your most reasonable offer online (no ridiculous offers please), and we will see if we can get it approved! Most offers are approved at a 15%-40% DISCOUNT! In most cases, to buy at these prices you will need to have cash, credit line, or a QUICK bank loan. If you are buying with a normal loan, the price is subject to increase due to the length of time it takes to close, although you will still receive a discount. We cannot guarantee that a property advertised will still be available by the time you contact us as they sell quickly. All properties are sold in as-is condition. Once approved, we will have a representative meet you to sign a contract (keep in mind there is no option period), and at closing you will own a wonderful home for a fraction of the price! It is that simple and that GOOD! There has never been so many opportunities for purchasing real estate in Lubbock, Texas as a result of Lubbock making its own local branch of Discount Housing available to the public in 2008. . |
